Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Your WIN offers a 100 percent, unconditional money-back guarantee to all retail customers. Every WIN distributor is bound by their Distributor Application and Agreement Form and the Rules and Regulations to honor this guarantee. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with a WIN product for any reason, then that retail customer may return the product(s) to the distributor from whom it was purchased, within 30 days, for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply contact Customer Service. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.
What is the shipping process?
If you place an order online, once the order has been fully funded, WIN will fill and ship your order. (Please keep your Order # for your records and to help our customer service team better assist you with any questions on your order.) Orders ready by 1:00 pm CST Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped that day. If an order is placed after 1:00 pm, it will be shipped the following business day.

Are the laboratories that formulate WIN's personal and skin care products registered with the the FDA as drug manufacturing facilities?
Yes. All manufacturing operations and laboratories are properly licensed, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) "A Rating" ó National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) facilities. Other certifications include certification and approval from Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Dietary supplements for the Australian market must be manufactured to pharmaceutical standards, TGA approval is the ultimate confirmation of superior quality.
